In my last post, I mentioned the start of my journey and promised a post giving more information on the products I have been using as a RushTush #GlowGetter. She has a holistic approach to wellness, which I appreciate and can add, I felt seen! But enough giving props where props are due, let me spill this tea!
Speaking of tea, this detox tea is a comforting herbal blend to aid detoxification, providing energy and clarity. I found it refreshing, less herbal or earthy than expected. I really enjoyed it as an ice tea. If you love your tea as I do, you'll find it to be just your cuppa, at any temperature. I rate it a 10/10.
Gluc-support is a formulation of ingredients in a capsule form that provides nutritional support in the body’s promotion of fat loss, stabilizing blood sugar levels, and reducing cravings. I truly found this to be such a great help when it came to cravings. I miss pastries and all, but man these tablets have brought me a long way. Angi's version of Santa's little helper. It's a 10 from me.
Okay, I know I am hyping these products up, but Rush has done her research and given us products that get the job DONE! Enter L-Glutamine…which is known to assist with muscle recovery and cellular regeneration. It can prevent infection, inflammation, and bloating. The product may also reduce cravings and improve gut health. I had been suffering from hectic bloat, of course largely due to a bad diet, from day 1, this wasn't my reality anymore. Even on my period, I had minimal to no bloat. I am not mad at that. Do not get me started on how I hardly experienced sore muscles after a workout. My pain threshold is quite high and I go hard, but I must say recovery has been a joy, no eggshells here. It's a 12/10 from me, yes, I can do that.
The Rushtush Whey in Original flavour has a pleasant taste that can be used in baking and cooking. It contains an incredible range of essential amino acids, which are absorbed quickly into the body. Numerous studies show that it can help you increase strength, gain muscle and lose significant amounts of body fat. They took it a step further by adding collagen to the formula. Hey, she had me at collagen, to be honest. I much preferred the original one to the chocolate one…I was surprised too. I didn't experience noticeable changes with this one. With that said, protein is always a win. It's a humble 7/10 for me.
Now last, but never least, I give you the holy grail of these products, The Metabolic Oral Spray. She is the girl she thinks she is and contains lipotropic factors that may support a healthy metabolism. Yup! Metabolic oral spray releases fat throughout the body by specifically targeting its primary fatty deposits. This product is preserved in medicinal alcohol. No Sugar Added. Other than the taste, which you strangely get used to, my metabolism has certainly increased in the mornings. I am still working on a balance of allowing myself to take time to not eat breakfast on the go. I must say, this product is my fighter. Simon would definitely say, "It's a yes from me" - and give it the golden ticket it deserves.
Of course, if you use these products, follow a healthy diet, and exercise, you'll yield the best results. I definitely had a rocky time on the journey, and even though I didn't lose weight as much and fast as I thought, I definitely am motivated to make this a lifestyle change. I know it's not a reflection of the products, you should see my fellow glow getters, they look stunning. And that's the thing, I had to accept my journey that's slightly different, and keep showing up. That's it from me for now. This experience has definitely taught me a lot, and as you have guessed, I'll share my thoughts on that later.
